Prof.Andrea Alu
City University of New York, USA

Andrea Alù is a Distinguished Professor at the City University of New York (CUNY), the Founding Director of the Photonics Initiative, CUNY Advanced Science Research Center, and the Einstein Professor of Physics at the CUNY Graduate Center. He received his Laurea (2001) and PhD (2007) from the University of Roma Tre, Italy, and, after a postdoc at the University of Pennsylvania, he joined the faculty of the University of Texas at Austin in 2009, where he was the Temple Foundation Endowed Professor until Jan. 2018. Dr. Alù is a Fellow of NAI, AAAS, IEEE, AAAS, OSA, SPIE and APS, and has received several scientific awards, including the Blavatnik National Award in Physical Sciences and Engineering, the IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award, the Vannevar Bush Faculty Fellowship, and the NSF Alan T. Waterman award.

Prof.Fabrizio Croccolo
Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour, France

Fabrizio Croccolo is Professor at the Anglet site of the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour in France and leads an Industrial Chair focused on CO2 storage. His research interests mainly cover the development of imaging optical techniques for investigating fluids in non-equilibrium conditions. He has been involved in several experiments in microgravity including GRADFLEX, SCCO-SJ10, DCMIX4 and NEUF-DIX or Giant Fluctuations.

Dr. Mehboob Ali
Guangxi Minzu University, China

Mehboob Ali is a faculty member at School of Mathematics and Physics, Guangxi Minzu University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of Fluid mechanics, Covid-19 and many other mathematical models. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Mohi-ud-din Islamic university as an assistant professor and the University of Haripur in Pakistan. He has published more than 85 articles in Scientific Journals. The h-index is 26 with the total impact factor is 250 above. Currently, he is also working on many project and making significant contributions at Guangxi Minzu University, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely.

Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad
Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and information Technology, Pakistan

Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad was born in Chiniot, Pakistan in 1986. He received the B.Sc degree in Physics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan in 2006, and got the Master degree from the GCU, Faisalabad, Pakistan, He in 2011. He completed doctoral degree in Physics from Harbin Institute of Technology, China on 2019. Now, Dr. Muhammad Khuram Shahzad is working as Assistant Professor in the department of physics in Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Pakistan. His research interests include up-conversion nanomaterials doped rare earth ions for thermal sensors application, and lanthanide-doped luminescent materials, and current research are mainly focused on the photocatalysis and their applications. Till now, more than 20 SCI papers have been published in different international journals.

Lei Chen received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. His research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was the principal investigator of projects granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 40 papers on top international journals and conferences in recent years including IEEE TIP, Signal Process., ICME, etc. He was awarded the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He served for the ICIGP 2021, ICIGP 2022, IoTCIT2022, MLCCIM 2022, etc. as Technical Co-Chair or Publicity Co-Chair.

Prof.Dr.Xilong Qu

Prof. Xilong Qu is the dean of School of Information Science and Engineering, Changsha Normal University. He used to be the Dean of School of Information Technology and Management, Hunan University of Finance and Economics. he is also the master degree student advisor for both Xiangtan University and Hunan Institute of Engineering. Prof. Xilong Qu received his Ph.D on Southwest Jiaotong University, he finished his post-doctor study in Post-doctoral Research Center of Computer Science and Technology, South China University of Technology. Prof. Xilong Qu is the young core teacher of Hunan and a member of “121” talents program of Hunan. Prof.Xilong Qu joined 4 projects from the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, also he led the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan, the Research Foundation of Education Bureau of Hunan Province, China and the National Science Foundation for Post-doctoral Scientists of China for 3, 1 and 1 times respectively. Prof. Xilong Qu published 4 books 35 articles (5 articles are indexed by SCI and the rest are indexed by EI). Prof. Xilong Qu is also invited for chairs and keynote speakers of numerous conferences and forums in China.

Dr.Muhammad Ibrar
Shenyang Normal University, China

Muhammad Ibrar is a faculty member at Software College, Shenyang Normal University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor CPEC Transportation, Emerging Technologies, Security, and Policy-making. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Government Postgraduate College Dargai Malakand and the University of Swabi, as well as his time as a tutor at Allama Iqbal Open University in Pakistan. Currently, he is also making significant contributions as a faculty member/Research Associate at Ilma University in Karachi, Pakistan, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely.

David Williams is the Academic Director of Computing at Dublin Business School, Ireland. An experienced technologist and educator, he bridges the gap between technology skills and innovative teaching. He's also a member of the Ethics Audit Committee at the National Forum for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. His research interests include Technology Enhanced Learning, Game Technology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity.


Dr.Shahid Karim
University of Sialkot, Pakistan
 
Shahid Karim received his BS degree in Electronics from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad, Pakistan, and his MS degree in electronics and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He completed his PhD at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China in 2019. He has published more than 50 articles in core conferences and journals. His current research interests include image fusion, object detection, and tracking using multidimensional imagery.


Dr.Anas Bilal
Hainan Normal University, China
 
Anas Bilal received a B.S. degree in telecommunication and networks from Iqra University, Pakistan, in 2013, an M.S. degree in electrical and electronic systems from the University of Lahore, Pakistan, in 2016, and a Ph.D. degree in Electronics science and technology from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China in 2021. Currently, he is working as an assistant Professor and undergraduate supervisor at the Software College, Hainan Normal University, Haikou, China. He has published more than 30 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include AI, Computer vision, Image processing, medical imaging, Remote Sensing, and Pattern Recognition. Dr. Anas's research work focuses on various image processing and computation communication methods through technology, developing new and innovative approaches for medical imaging, and remote sensing images. 
Dr. Anas Bilal is an Academic Editor of PLOS ONE journal, Advisory Board Member of the Journal of Social Sciences Advancements, Programmed Chair at  ICPPOE 2022, Programmed Chair at  ICAICT 2023, and Member of the Technical Program Committee at AIIPCC 2023. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE), IEEE Computer Society Technical Community on Computer Architecture, and IEEE Young Professionals.
